Great shopping experience. I was walking by, so I dropped in just to take a look. I had been thinking about getting a Miele canister, but was not in any rush. The knowledge and professionalism of the salesperson made a huge difference. There was no pressure to buy, but I left having purchased a Sebo and I am totally satisfied. I couldn’t take it with me right then, so I offered to pick it up in a few days. Instead I got a call, and it was promptly delivered to our home the next day. As an aside and in terms of pricing, Willett has the same price as everywhere else, including the internet, so why not support a local merchant? 5 stars for product knowledge, service, courtesy. I highly recommend this store.
